Description
More then 100,000 people a year need to be qualified for 'safe working conditions' at building sites and industrial properties. STIKKERS Exambureau facilitates the exams and diploma's for more than 10,000 a year. In the summer of 2005 they lost their license after a period of uncontrolled growth.

INTRON took over and we were assigned to optimize their primary process, regain the exam license, automate every step, relocate the bureau and integrate it into the INTRON organization. The goal for 2006 is to grow and set up other exam topics as well. Certifying people who work with asbestos will become the second most important service we offer.

We made sure that personal attention was given and successes were celebrated with the people involved.
